When my wife and I decided to seek a ‘builder’ to construct a ‘comfortable, loveable, and live-able home’ it was with the thought we were really entering into a ‘partnership’. Yes – the building process can be challenging by its very nature. We wanted a great home along with a rewarding relationship – a relationship defined by a metric of respect to work through any building related issues that may arise. From the time we first met Rhonda and Andrea followed by Mike and Tim then Karen and Laura, Sue, and finally – with incredible honor – Helen and Sam: we knew the combination of superior workmanship that was second to none (which was more than we had seen of any other builder), AND the ‘family Campagna’ met our desired criteria. Building was deliberate, done with precision, and yielded a home to this day – four years later – we still say “what a wonderful place to call home!” Best of all we have the great fortune to have the “the builder” as friends too! We were part of “the family” during a difficult time with the passing of both Helen and Sam; we felt like we lost our own parents! When the model closed in our development it was like members of our own family moved away. Yes – issues did come up during the building of the home. The key thing we want to convey to anyone reading this is when issued did arise the resolution was unequivocally completed with respect – and many times with a good degree of humor as well. Would we build again with Campagna Homes? Yes – without reservation.
