I just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying my new home. It was a major project and building on the waterfront has many extra challenges. I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience that you brought to the table to make it all happen. You did a lot of legwork to get all the plans to my liking and to get everything permitted and approved by the local authorities – no small task. It certainly helps that your family has been in this business locally for so long with plenty of contacts made along the way. The engineering that went into the foundation with all the pilings, piling caps and blowout walls was very well done. The solid concrete walls, steel and concrete floors and waterproofing techniques will make my place the last one standing if we had a serious storm! The latest techniques for insulation were used and have proven themselves. The lightening arrestor system has also worked, so far no problems! I know I made a lot of changes and additions along the way but happily the house came in on budget and progressed pretty much along the schedule that you laid out. The subcontractors you use are amazing craftsmen. I have so much beautiful woodwork and stone work that I love to show off. I think the most outstanding thing is your Family business and how you all work with the Contractors and the Customer. Your wife Karen was a great help in keeping all the selections I had to make organized. That was a major task! Your Brother Tim is a very knowledgeable Superintendent and was just a pleasure to work with. Throughout the project, you all remained reachable and accessible. I would definitely work on another project with Campagna Homes. Thank you again for the wonderful work!
